Choose your role as either Job Poster or Helper who is also Service Provider.
Complete the forms and upload the required documents.
Your account will be verified if you meet all requirements and you are good to go.

It will be sad to see you go. You can write to support to deactivate your account.
Accounts that are inactive for 6 months will be automatically deactivated.
When you sign in as a Helper, you can use the same account to post any job. You will not need to open a separate Poster account.
When you sign up as Poster, you can open another account as Helper in the category you would like to provide the service.
On Trusted Help Portal (THP), one can choose to sign up/register as a JOB POSTER or as a HELPER.
Registration for Individual Job Posters and Helpers is for FREE.
Registration as a Business Helper will require a subscription to unlock the profile.
Before you can sign up, choose your Role, either JOB POSTER or HELPER and choose to sign up if not yet member or Login if already a member.
Signing up as a Helper allows you to receive jobs in the category you choose during sign up. With a Helper profile you are also able to act as a Job Poster by posting jobs.
As a HELPER, you can choose to sign up as an INDIVIDUAL helper or a BUSINESS helper.
Sign up with your email or phone number, a verification code will be sent to you which you will use to proceed.
Then choose Individual to sign up as an Individual Helper.
Complete the form with your correct details as on your identity documents.
When you sign up with email, you will be asked to also verify your MOBILE phone number; a verification code will be sent to this number and you will enter it on the form to proceed.
When you sign up with your phone number, you will be asked to also verify your email address, a verification code will be sent to this email address and you will enter it on the form to proceed.
Upload your documents for KYC verification. The documents must be clearly visible with all the four corners and all text showing. The following will be required to complete the KYC verification:
Please upload a clear selfie of yourself (holding your ID document near face), with no hats or sunglasses.
Please upload valid proof of identification document.
Proof of Identification can be a valid passport, a valid driver’s license, or a valid national identity document.
Please upload valid proof of address (utility bill or bank statement not more than 3 months old with your full name, address, and date clearly visible).
After documents upload, agree to the terms and conditions if this applies and proceed to sign up.
On the sign-up screen choose your role as Helper
Sign up with your email or phone number, a verification code will be sent to you which you will use to proceed.
Then choose Business to sign up as a Business Helper.
Complete the form with your correct details as on your identity documents.

After documents upload, agree to the terms and conditions if this applies and proceed to sign up.
Business Helper requires purchase of Business or Premium subscription to unlock the profile.
For Helper, there are two kinds of helpers. Physical Job Helper and Online Job Helper
Physical Job Helper is one who will have contact with the job poster either at their home or business premises
Online Job Helper is one whose work is completely online and will not need to make contact.
For Physical Job Helper, you will need to be physically verified, visit the nearest THP office or agent to complete the verification process.
For the Online Job Helper, verification will be done online.
Once user profile is verified, it becomes an active profile. Helper will be able to receive and view jobs in their category and make offers on these jobs.
On the free plan, Helper will be able to receive 3 Jobs and (or post 3 jobs) each calendar month. Helper can choose to subscribe to receive more jobs and other benefits on THP.
A Job Poster profile allows you to post jobs in any category.
As a Job Poster, you will not be able to receive any jobs that Helper profiles receive, if you wish to later become a Helper, you will need to create a Helper profile.

Once documents are submitted, your profile will be verified, and you can post jobs in any category.
If you wish to be a service provider later, you will be required to sign up as a HELPER.
Is it possible that when a user has a poster profile, and then they sign up as helper that we only keep one poster profile?
Once you submit your profile, our administrators will go through it to verify your details. Our aim as THP is to create a community of trust where trusted, reliable help is at our fingertips.

THP reserves the right to reject a profile if the verification of the user cannot be established. THP will communicate with the user to submit the required for the profile to be verified.
Failure of which, the profile remains inactive.
THP reserves the right to cancel or suspend any profile should there be any complains about a user, and these complains are established to be valid. Such a user will be given a warning initially, further complains will lead to suspension or cancellation of the profile. The user will not be allowed to sign in again on THP.
There are several ways to view service providers’ profile.
To be able to login, you need to have an active account on THP.
Choose your role that you signed in for, and log in using either using your email or phone number.
Use your password that you created during sign up.
An active profile allows to browse for Helpers in any category and book any help needed.
You can search by entering the service you are looking for in the search bar, for example “House Help” or “Graphic Designer” or “Cleaning”.
Entering a key word for example “car” or “web” will bring a number of suggestions to choose from.
As a Helper you register on a category and choose the services that apply to you in that category.
When a Job Poster posts a job in that category, you will receive this job in your profile.
Go to TASKS to view all jobs received.
On the Helper profile, all jobs received will be displayed under MY TASKS
New jobs posted will show under NEW JOBS. Here you can view all jobs, submit offers or resubmit offers
Once the job is accepted by the job poster, it moves to UPCOMING. All the while helper is working on the job it remains in UPCOMING.
When all work is complete, it moves to COMPLETE. Nothing further can be done to the job once in COMPLETE.
All jobs posted by any Job Poster are displayed on the profile of the Helper in that job category.
Helper can filter jobs received by date, location (radius from location) and type of service.
On a free plan, helper can submit an offer on up to three jobs, more jobs can be submitted (or received) on subscription plans.
Helper can submit offer for any reasonable amount.
To submit offer on a Job, go to TasksàNew Jobs. On the job, click on SUBMIT OFFER to submit the offer amount you would want the poster to pay.
Many other helpers will submit their offers to the same job.
Offer amount can be edited to an agreeable amount with the poster.
Job Posters may post communication on this job, it will appear under COMMENTS.
Helper can respond to Poster or send communication to Poster on COMMENTS.
Once offer is placed, Helper can start a private chat on the offer to understand the contents of the job before the Poster commits. Helper can choose to resubmit the offer as agreed with the job poster.
Once Job Poster is satisfied, they will accept the job offer.
Poster can only accept one offer. Once the Poster and the Helper agree, the Poster will accept the job and make a payment.
Job Poster can make a FIXED payment or MILESTONE payment depending on the value of the job.
The funds are retained on the system and released to Helper on Job completion for FIXED payments. MILESTONE payments are released at the completion of each agreed milestone by the Poster.
Once offer is accepted, the job moves to UPCOMING.
Helper will be able to view complete details of job poster once job is in UPCOMING.
Helper can chat to job poster on this job offer by going to JOB DETAILSàOFFER SENTàCHAT. Once chat is initiated here, Helper can now open chat on the side menu.
The Helper will perform the necessary work at this stage, once completed Helper will submit the work from their profile by clicking on SUBMIT JOB.
Job Poster will review the job, and once satisfied the job poster will COMPLETE the job.
Once Helper has submitted job, they wait for the Job Poster to complete the job and write their review once they are satisfied that all work is complete.
The Poster completes the job clicking COMPLETE JOB on the job, and it moves to COMPLETED. Funds will now be transferred to the Helper from the system.
Chat is no longer open on this job. Comments are also no longer possible on this job.
This marks the end of the job cycle.
As a Job Poster, your profile cannot be searched from our platform as can be done with service providers profiles.
Your profile can be viewed by the helper whose job offer you accept.
If you create a job poster profile first and later wish to be a service provider, you will need to create a separate helper profile.
Posting A Job:
For example
“I would like my carpets cleaned for my office block which a has 42 offices each on average 50sqm. They are a grey shade and woollen carpets. I would also request cleaning for the chairs in these offices, each office has on average 3 chairs”
Reviews are an important part of or help network, therefore we urge you to be as honest and respectful as possible in submitting these. Any comments or language that are demeaning to the other users are prohibited, this is not the place for such. Any hateful, abusive, vulgar, threatening, profane, offensive, harmful, obscene, harassing, defamatory or any such comments are not permitted on THP.
Reviews are submitted for a specific Helper who has completed work for a Poster. To submit a review, sign up as Poster. Once the helper has completed work, reviews can be submitted.
Submit a star rating on a scale of 1 to 5, 1 being poor and 5 being best based on the communication, efficiency, and competence.
Also submit a written comment of how you would describe the service received from the Helper, and what you would especially recommend about them.
Once submitted reviews cannot be changed, they will be broadcast for all to view.
Payments on THP are done using PayPal.
A Job Poster needs to have a PayPal account
On PayPal you can add your credit/debit card, or you can pay with funds in your PayPal account without adding your Debit/Credit Card.
As a Job Poster you are not required to share your PayPal details on the system, you are only required to have a PayPal account.
As a Service Provider, you will receive funds for the work done in your PayPal account.
After signing up, go to SettingsàPayment Methods. Add your PayPal Email.
On Job Complete, funds will be transferred into the PayPal account on the system.
After you complete work and the job poster confirms, funds will be released into your PayPal account. Payments can take anything from a day to 7 working days.
Payments into service provider accounts will be in USD into your PayPal account.
Yes. Urgent request for payment may be requested, and it may attract a fee.
Yes. Admin can assist with a manual payment into your bank account, fees are levied for this.
Bonus points are earned by inviting your friends and family to sign up on THP.
For each invite who signs up and pays for their first job above 50USD, you receive 12 bonus points.
Bonus points can be redeemed during payment. You can choose to use your points or not to use them
Bonus points are valid for a certain period.
Becoming a member on THP is FREE if you are registering as an Individual Helper or Job Poster. Registering as a Business Helper will require a subscription for the business profile to be unlocked.
THP offers several additional products for both the service provider and the job poster to further enhance your working experience on THP.
This product allows the Individual Helper to be featured on the home page.
To be featured, go to MENUà Settings à Job Upgradesà For Service Provider
Choose the duration you would like to be on homepage for and choose amount to pay.
There is a minimum amount for each duration. Higher amounts have higher priority on the homepage.
Featured Business allows the Business Helper to be featured on the home page and to advertise their services.
This is available only to the Business Helper.
To be featured, go to MENUà Settings à Job Upgradesà For Service Provider.
Select the duration you wish to be on the homepage and the amount.
Higher amounts take higher priority on the homepage.
Select the images of the services you wish to advertise.
If service is not on the list but belongs to the same category, add the service.
Add the logo image and the banner image according to the ratios specified.

Give a title to your exhibit, complete the detail on the form and add images of the work you want to exhibit.
Up to 5 images can be uploaded.
Admin will review the Exhibit, once it complies with THP standards it will be released for all.
Helper is the one with the skill who is looking to find and meet a need. Simply put, you are looking to find work.
Job Poster is the one with the need for help, in other words you have a job you want done.
Physical Job Helper is one who will have contact with the job poster either at their home or business premises
Online Job Helper is one whose work is completely online and will not need to make contact.
